Enjoy free delivery within 48 to 72 hours by Colissimo or to pickup points for orders over €100 in mainland France and Corsica.

Returns and exchanges within 14 days

If you wish to cancel an order, go to the order history in your secure space. On the order in question, you can activate the return request.

The order will be refunded, or exchanged, if you do so within 14 days. In case of an exchange, a credit will be issued to proceed with the desired change. In the case of a refund, please indicate this when making your request.

In the case of damaged or unpackaged items, Ceramiq® reserves the right to refuse the return. In the case of a defective product, you can contact our Customer Service.

If you pay for your order with a payment card, you will be asked to enter the details of this card during the ordering process and to follow the instructions provided when placing your first order. If you want to add a payment card to your account, or modify a card already registered, go to Your Account.
